Meet the Family

Broadwater Oysters is owned and operated by Greg Carton and Sue McIntyre.

"We have been farming Sydney Rock oysters in Pambula Lake for 26 years, supplying opened, unopened and bottled oysters to the general public and restaurants. Our team is like a big family, every member takes pride in the quality of our beautiful oysters and the pristine environment in which they are grown. We reckon we have the best office in the world!"

Champions of the Catchment

Environmental Champions

As a result of Sue and Gregs efforts, Landcare has named them ‘Champions of the Catchment’. They have also won two NSW Coastal Conference Awards and the NSW Government GREEN GLOBE Award.

But they don’t do it for the recognition – they do it because they believe it’s the right thing to do. And their commitment is paying off: Pambula oysters are some of the best in the world. If you’re ever in the area, make sure to try one!
